How do I find an event?

At the top of every page, you can enter a keyword or phrase in the 'Search' box top right [Enter Search Term]. Or you can search for events on a specific date by clicking on the purple 'Calendar' button to the left of it.


What is the nearest tube or railway station?

Is there any car parking available?

Can I purchase CDs of the concerts?

Any available CDs can be found in mdc music & movies on Festival Riverside Level 1.


Can I eat there?

Does Southbank Centre provide for Wheelchair Access?

Wheelchair users and ambulant disabled people may bring an able-bodied companion whose ticket is free. It is advisable to pre-book tickets in advance by telephone or on-line, as space is limited.

Patrons with a disability can also join our Access List and may be eligible to receive tickets at concessionary prices.


Tickets are unavailable when I try to book

Generally this means that the event is sold out, though there may be some return tickets available nearer the time. For the latest information call the Ticket Office on 08703 800 400.


What discounts are available and can I book them online?

Any discounts available are normally shown in the event information below the ticket prices, and most can be booked online. For further information call the Ticket Office on 08703 800 400.

Can I book for more than one concert at a time i.e. multiple bookings?

Yes, multiple bookings can be made online.


Can I buy an Arts or Membership Vouchers if I live overseas?

You can order through this website. Your voucher will be sent airmail the next day after you have made the order. Please note: When you try and make the order, there will be a message that we cannot deliver to your address. This message only applies to tickets - if you proceed with the order we will send the voucher and card to your billing address.

How can I call Southbank Centre from overseas?
